REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Erbacher’s Fruit & Vegetables we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that fruit and vegetables are a perishable natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions.

In the event that you require a refund or replacement, our store policy is:

• We must be contacted within 48 hours of purchase.
• A receipt must be presented as proof of purchase when returning an item.
• If a refund is granted the item will be refunded at the original purchase price.
• If a replacement is granted, the item can be exchanged with a replacement item.

All refunds and returns are to be presented down the back of our retail shop (not at the checkouts).
